The JPSU-850W-DC-AFI byJuniper Networks is a DC power supply unit. This PSU is equipped with two feeds that offer power resiliency. The power supply unit comprises four key parts including a color-coded handle, a terminal block, and an ESD grounding point. It has a wide voltage rating ranging from 36 VDC to 72 VDC. The PSU is capable of delivering a high 850 W output power. The product is meant for operation with the manufacturers QFX5100-96S Ethernet switches. The power supply unit encompasses vents on its panels at both rear and front. Its Ethernet switch supports uninterrupted routing and forwarding because of Junos OS powered features such as nonstop bridging and nonstop routing. The power supply unit features back-to-front airflow. The related Ethernet switch uses the manufacturers Virtual Chassis technology that allows ten interconnected switches to be used as well as managed as one unit with just a single IP address. The PSU supports cooling of the chassis by the intake of cold air through the rear panel. The hot air gets dispelled from the front panel. Its switch can feature up to 104 10GbE ports when splitter cables are used. The switch has the ability to utilize full bisectional bandwidth from server to switch.
