The Hirschmann RS20-0900NNM4TDAU RS20 Industrial Ethernet Switch is an open rail, unmanaged Ethernet switch that is designed for special industrial requirements and industrial automation applications. The RS20-0900NNM4TDAU Switch has a rugged and compact design suitable for extreme industrial conditions. Its simplicity and cost-effective design make it ideal for a wide range of basic industrial automation applications which do not require network switch management. The RS20-0900NNM4TDAU Switch is designed to meet the CE, cUL, and cULus standards. The RS20-0900NNM4TDAU Switch features a 6-pin terminal block plug-in for easy wiring. It supports Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) voltage with a redundant power supply. It has an operating voltage range of 12 to 48 Volts DC (18 to 30 Volts DC) and a maximum current rating of 450 milliamps.
The Hirschmann RS20-0900NNM4TDAU Unmanaged Switch has six 10/100 BASE TX ports with auto-crossing, auto-negotiation, and auto-polarity support. It also has 2 Uplink ports and one 100 BASE-FX ST port that support multi-mode configuration. It allows the users to set up a switched Ethernet network that conforms to the IEEE 802.3 standards by using twisted pair cable (with 100 meters of maximum connection distance) or optical fibers (with an uplink range of up to 5000 meters) in either a star or line topology.
