The M4-P-AC/DC 300W power supply module has been designed and manufactured by Hirschmann and Belden as a power supply module for the Hirschmann and Belden rack mount switches like the MACH4000 switch. This power supply module is designed to be mounted on the Hirschmann M4-Power power unit chassis behind the MACH4000 rack mount switch that it is powering. It takes in voltage input through a non-heating type of appliance socket and it is easy to mount on the power unit chassis because it is a plug-in device. The M4-P-AC/DC 300W power supply module ships with a 1-meter power cable that is used to connect the M4-Power power unit chassis to the MACH4000 rack mount switch.

The Hirschmann and Belden M4-P-AC/DC 300W power supply module typically needs an activation current of 40 Amps at 265 Volts AC when it goes through a cold start with the MACH4000 rack mount switch.
