The M4-FAST 8TP-RJ45-PoE module is an industrial Ethernet media module. This Ethernet media module has been designed and manufactured by Hirschmann and Belden. It is part of the Hirschmann and Belden rack mount switches product line and it is made to work with the MACH4000 Ethernet switches. The M4-FAST 8TP-RJ45-PoE Ethernet media module connects to the MACH4000 Ethernet switch to act as an interface for the switch with other devices in the system and it allows the switch to communicate with other devices through 8 Ethernet ports. The 8 Ethernet ports on the M4-FAST 8TP-RJ45-PoE Ethernet media module are all RJ45 sockets that use TP or twisted pair cables to make their connections, and they all support communication speeds of 10/100 Mbit/s as well as the auto-polarity, auto-negotiation, and auto-crossing functions.
