The GMM40-TTTTTTTTSZ9HHS9 Module is a GREYHOUND media module that has been designed by Hirschmann Automation (A Belden Company) to be used in industrial automation applications with rack mount switches. This module enables the users to set up switched industrial Ethernet networks that comply with the IEEE 802.3 standards. This media module comes with a high data transfer rate but it does not include PoE+ support. The Hirschmann Automation GMM40-TTTTTTTTSZ9HHS9 GREYHOUND Media Module comes with LEDs that show the device status updates, display elements that show the power supply unit status, a V.24 interface, and slots for Gigabit and Megabit connections. This module comes with 8 ports in total that can be used with data transfer rates of 10, 100, and 1000 Mbits per second and that use RJ45 connectors and TP cables for connections.

This module does not include any fans, and if the ambient temperature range cannot be controlled, the users must add ventilation or cooling equipment nearby to ensure safe and continuous operation for the equipment. This module comes with the standard hardware and the standard Hirschmann customization options.
