The RS30-1602T1T1SDAE Managed Switch is a compact Managed OpenRail Ethernet switch that is manufactured by the Hirschmann Automation as a member of the RS30 switch product family. It comes with a total of 16 ports and it is suitable for use with the devices in the Hirschmann RS30 and RS43 switch product lines. This compact managed Ethernet switch supports DIN Rail mounting, and both the line and star network topologies. It also functions as part of a HIPER Ring redundancy structure with up to 50 total switches and less than 0.3 seconds of reconfiguration time. The RS30-1602T1T1SDAE Managed Switch has a DC operating voltage rating of 12, 24, 48 Volts DC with a redundant input voltage range of 9.6 to 60 Volts DC and an AC operating voltage rating of 24 Volts AC with a redundant input voltage range of 18 to 30 Volts AC. The current consumption rating of this unit at 24 Volts DC is 542 milliamps, while at 48 Volts DC, it is 271 milliamps. This switch includes dual software image support for easy device management.
