The Hirschmann RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Industrial Ethernet Rail Switch is an open rail, DIN-mounted industrial network switch with 8 Fast Ethernet ports (6 standard RJ45 ports and 2 100BASE-TX Uplink ports). This switch belongs to the Hirschmann RS20 Basics industrial switch family of managed switches which are designed for Ethernet-based industrial automation applications. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch is designed to meet all the relevant industry standards and approvals. It is designed to provide high levels of reliable operation in harsh and extreme industrial conditions. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch comes with a rugged IP 20 rated protective metal housing that helps it to provide long-term reliability and flexibility. It has a compact design that makes it ideal for installation in tight spaces such as a control cabinet. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch supports low voltage operation and it can be connected to power supply connections with SELV circuits.
The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch can be connected to either standard or redundant power supplies. It has 2 D-Type power input connectors known as P1 and P2 that are uncoupled and that connect to either DC or AC power sources. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch has a DC operating voltage range of 9.6 Volts DC to 60 Volts DC and an AC voltage range of 18 Volts AC to 30 Volts AC. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch has a fault signal contact that can be used to monitor switch functions. The RS20-0800T1T1SDAUHH Managed Switch supports mounting on a 35-millimeter DIN Rail and it also supports fanless operation. The port functions and IP addresses can be assigned by using the HiDicoverey or HiView software or via an external management station such as the VT100 station or a PC with the V.24 RJ11 interface.
