The Hirschmann RS20-0800M4M4SDAP managed switch is an 8-port network switch. Two ports on the switch are uplink ports for connecting to higher level aggregation switches. The other 6 ports are provided for host connections with twisted pair cables. The 2 uplink ports support 100 Mbps data rates and work with multimode fiber cables. The uplink ports have an ST socket. The 6 host ports support 10/100 Mbps data rates and they have an RJ-45 interface. The RS20-0800M4M4SDAP managed switch supports manual cable crossing. Because the RS20-0800M4M4SDAP managed switch is a managed switch, it supports a wide range of features including a buffered real time clock, a password change option on the first login, restricted management access, automatic configuration undo, DHCP relay with option 82, GARP VLAN registration protocol, port mirroring, flow control, and Telnet features.
