The BRS20-8TX/2FX-SM-EEC managed switch is a Bobcat series industrial switch manufactured by Hirschmann. It has a voltage rating of 12/24 Volts DC. This managed switch is used for real-time TSN Ethernet support with accurate data transmission. The switch comes with advanced security features and it offers wire speed access control and automatic DDOS protection. The switch has a fanless design and offers fast Ethernet speed. The BRS20-8TX/2FX-SM-EEC switch is equipped with a 6-pin terminal block for the power supply and signaling contact and another 2-pin terminal block for the digital input. The switch can be enclosed inside an IP 30 rated enclosure for both indoor and outdoor use. It should not be exposed to sources of high heat and excessive EMC noise.
