This interface converter module has been designed and manufactured by Hirschmann in the FiberINTERFACES series for use in Profibus networks. The OZD Profi G12DE ATEX 1,Profibus LWL-Rep interface converter module allows optical and electrical interfaces to be connected to each other within the Profibus network with its 2 optical connection ports and 1 electrical connection port. Its power supply and signal contact connections are made through an Ex-e single clamp. The OZD Profi G12DE ATEX 1,Profibus LWL-Rep interface converter module uses multimode fiber cables.
