WS-C3750X-24T-S is a Cisco Ethernet switch that is ideal for enterprises. You can buy either a standalone model or a stackable one for a reasonable price. The switch is powered by an IP base IOS operating system developed by Cisco to provide reliable and stable performance. The switch supports Layer 3 protocols. [M1]
Power Supply
The switch is provided with a default power supply C3KX-PWR-350WAC. An additional redundant power supply can be purchased at any time. If you need more power, you can also order a 450W DC power supply separately.
Power Capacity
Due to the fact that WS-C3750X-24T-S is not a PoE (Power over Ethernet) Switch, it does not provide power to the devices connected to it. It serves only as a Data Switch.
Configurations
This model of Cisco Catalyst Switch had up to 24 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports (RJ-45) and comes as a standalone or a stackable model. It comes with IP Base IOS software. This software enables such features as Enhanced Interior Gateway Protocol (EIGRP), Open Shortest Path Frist (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM), and IPv6 routing such as OSPFv3 and EIGRPv6. Stacking
The WS-C3750X-24T-S supports Stackwise feature which allows you to create a stack module of up to 9 switches. They begin operating as a single switch through the connection of one master switch, which manages all others.

The cisco Catalyst 3750X series have 256 MB Dram, 64 MB Flash memory and support the Switching Fabric up to 160Gbps. Every switch allows the connection of 1000 VLANS between 4000 VLAN IDs.
